Why is there no A–F grade on this page?

A grade needs a denominator — how much business each company writes — so a large insurer and a small one can be compared fairly. Regulators publish that for auto, home, health and life cover, but not for condo insurance. Ranking companies on raw complaint counts alone would just rank them by size, so we do not do it.
